Oakfield Primary

School development planning is a continuous activity with evaluation and review an essential part of the process.

This plan sets out how we aim not only to maintain performance but also to raise overall school standards, individual pupil achievement and to place staff development at the heart of school improvement. It also documents the dynamic relationship with the wider community.

Our strength comes from focusing on providing high quality learning and teaching experiences, within a culture of continuous improvement. Governors and staff look forward to working in partnership with everyone within our learning community to achieve our collective aims and ultimately benefit the pupils in our care.

The School Development Plan is reviewed annually with all staff and incorporates the school’s response to the recommendations made in its last Ofsted Inspection report (September 2017).
